Tonight we went out to dinner and then came back to the house and just played around until bedtime. Trystan was practicing his guitar and Daddy was helping him. Ethan wanted to join in. Emma also took her turn. Cute little story. Ethan pulled on the strings and Joey fussed at him because apparently that can hurt you. Ethan was really upset because he didn't know. He is fine to be fussed at if he knows that he did something wrong but when you correct him and he didn't know any better honestly, he gets upset. He had the delayed reaction and then tears came flowing. Mommy said "Did Daddy hurt your little feel goods (feelings)?" He said "Yes and he broke my heart too." He then told Daddy that he was going to get a new heart. Later he told Daddy that it was okay because he fixed his heart.
Daddy got to stay home with all the kiddos today (even Ellie) because Ms. Deanna was sick. Mommy stayed home on Thursday and Friday and the teacher next door was staying home so Mommy needed to go to work. Daddy got to take the day off.
Benjamin and Ethan playing Wii Fit on Monday night. Ethan loves the game where you run. It is really neat. The Mii on the screen does exactly what he does. He just holds the controller and the faster he runs, the faster the Mii runs. He really likes it when he goes really fast and passes his guide and falls on his face. He really laughs then.
