Ethan up to bat.
Playing first base and taking a moment out to smile for Mommy.
Ethan got a medal for playing this year and he is so proud of it. He has been wearing it almost the whole time since he got it. He even wore it to church today.
His team with their medals.
So, Thursday we went to Kentucky Kingdom and Ethan noticed that there was a car show there, and not just any old car show, but the Street Rod Nationals. The kid cried not wanting to go into Kentucky Kingdom. He wanted to go to the car show. I promised him that we would come back so there was no getting out of going on Saturday.
It was very hot and I was so glad when we found our friends, Brian, Ellie and Brian's parents. They had 2 cars in the show, a 1930 and a 1929 (not sure of the other info on them.) They let the kids get in them and play. Ethan loved it. Ellie loved the horn.
Brian took us for a ride in the big car and Emma even got to drive. It was much better riding around to look at cars then it was walking around to look at them.
Ethan was standing up in the back seat floor board looking out the window at all of the cars.
I think that this one may have been his favorite.
He liked the engine in this one.
This is Ethan in the "little yellow car" as mommy knows it. He and Daddy got to go for a ride in this one.
