May 3rd "Derby Day"

Well today Ethan (AKA Little Buddy) took a pee pee and poo poo on the big boy potty. Ethan, as well as Mommy and Daddy, were so happy to see him accomplish such a big task! Way to go Ethan. Keep up the good work buddy!
Little Emma wanted to play just before bedtime. Daddy put her on her play mat to see what she could do. She started swatting her dangling toys like a seasoned pro. This picture is of her getting a left jab on the red toy. She had several left and right hand jabs on her dangily doodads. Is she gonna be left or right handed? Only time will tell.
Ah, this picture is of Ethan sneaking an oreo. He is supposed to be doing a very important job, but I think he had other ideas. He is crushing the oreos to make a dirt cake to take to the derby party. He was so proud of his creation because he got to put gummy worms in at the end.
This is a very educational experience. Ethan got to learn from bubby what a catapillar was. He got to hold it, touch it, and he accidently threw it. I believe this is the 1st time he has held a catapillar.
Watch out crazy driver on the loose. I thought crazy driving didn't start until your children were 16, but I was oh so wrong! Daddy and Ethan were on the electric scooter. It was interesting to hold Ethan and drive the scooter while not getting into a crash. It was good fun and I think Ethan is gonna have Daddy's great driving skills!

Ethan also learned how to ride the scooter today at our Derby party. He did really good with turning and everything. He really enjoyed it.
